A world where no child is left behind
At Jodeb Foundation, each project is a step closer to a future where every child is educated, every girl is empowered, and every community is thriving. Through our targeted programs, we provide education, mentorship, resources, and support to underserved areas—ensuring no one is left behind.
The Empowered Girl Series is a transformative, multi-year initiative designed to equip adolescent girls with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to overcome barriers such as poverty, early marriage, and educational inequality.
Through a blend of life skills training, vocational workshops, health and hygiene education, and mentoring by female role models, participants are empowered to make informed life choices. The program nurtures leadership, resilience, and self-esteem—laying the foundation for young women to become agents of change in their communities.
RGAP is a targeted economic empowerment initiative aimed at equipping young rural women with vocational and entrepreneurial skills. It combines technical training in trades like sewing, hairdressing, and craft-making with essential startup support such as equipment donations and micro-enterprise coaching.
The project goes beyond skill acquisition—fostering confidence, financial independence, and community leadership. By supporting girls who might otherwise have limited opportunities, RGAP is helping to break cycles of poverty and gender-based exclusion.
The Back to School Campaign is Jodeb Foundation’s annual effort to ensure that children in underserved communities begin the academic year with dignity and readiness.
We supply uniforms, exercise books, shoes, pens, backpacks, and other materials to schoolchildren whose families may be unable to afford them. This simple yet powerful intervention directly combats absenteeism, enhances confidence, and fosters enthusiasm for learning.
The campaign often coincides with community outreach and sensitization events to emphasize the value of education.
This program bridges the gap between aspiration and opportunity by connecting young students with professionals across various fields.
Participants engage in interactive sessions that cover personal development, career guidance, ethics, goal setting, and leadership. These sessions not only broaden their horizons but also instill the belief that their dreams are valid and achievable.
By fostering intergenerational learning and role modeling, the School of Mentorship helps youth cultivate vision, character, and discipline.
EEI is a capacity-building program designed to uplift educators in under-resourced schools, especially in rural Ghana. It provides professional development through hands-on workshops, peer-learning sessions, and mentorship by experienced educators.
The program addresses both technical and emotional aspects of teaching—focusing on inclusive pedagogy, classroom engagement, digital tools, and teacher wellness.
By investing in teachers, EEI improves learning experiences for hundreds of students and raises the overall quality of education delivery.
This infrastructure-focused initiative improves the physical conditions of schools in underserved communities. Jodeb Foundation constructs, renovates, and equips classrooms, libraries, restrooms, and playgrounds to make learning environments more safe, dignified, and stimulating.
Beyond the physical structures, the project encourages community ownership by engaging parents, teachers, and local leaders in planning and maintenance.
By removing structural barriers, we unlock better academic outcomes and increase student enrollment and retention.
Education and health go hand-in-hand. This campaign addresses the critical health needs of school-age children and their communities through outreach programs, health education, hygiene support, and menstrual health initiatives.
Activities include hand-washing campaigns, provision of sanitary materials, wellness talks, and the installation of hygiene stations in schools.
These interventions improve student attendance, reduce preventable illnesses, and create awareness around personal and public health.
Let’s work together to empower the next generation.
We’re on a mission to save smiles—and with your support, every step we take brings more happiness to more children
